This is the brand new Kius Alphabet (called: Leayna pronounced: lee-ay-na and means simply: "Letters")

There are 118 total characters in the Kius alphabet: 6 vowels, 16 consonants and 96 characters constructed from two sounds: a consonant on top and a vowel on the bottom.
When consonants and vowels stand alone they are represented with an open circle on the bottom or the top of the character respectively.

Kius Alphabet

Kius words are written from left to right - as they are in English. However, instead of continuing in a horizontal line, they are stacked on top of each other from top to bottom.

Here is an example of Kius writing:

Kius writing example

If you need a word to start with a vowel, you'll tag it to the lower left of the next character. If an extra vowel goes at the end of a character set, it goes at the lower right.
Similarly with consonants: if there's a stand-alone consonant, it will go at the upper left or right depending on whether it goes before or after the whole character respectively.
